Why we need small churches to reach Los Angeles

Thanks to Eric Mason for posting this link. I was certainly encouraged by Neil Cole’s article. Here are some key quotes on why we need small churches:

“Churches of two hundred or less are four times more likely to plant a daughter church than churches of one thousand or more… The stats tell us that ten smaller churches of 100 people will accomplish much more than one church of 1000.”

“We need to stop seeing smaller churches as less successful.

“Smaller churches are necessary, needed, and often more fruitful than we have been led to believe.”
