2. The ultimate authority of the Bible in the church (which liberal “Christians” already deny and continue to in this issue).
3. The language on which our society is built will be lost: husband and wife for “partner.”  This will be the way kids learn what marriage is.
4. Human happiness and the well-being of civilization is at stake.
